eLoket (RVO)
Definition
The eLoket is RVO's digital environment in which entrepreneurs submit, track and manage certain subsidy applications. For access you log in with eHerkenning (for companies and other legal entities) or DigiD (for sole traders) — the same login means used for mijn.rvo.nl. The eLoket is not the same portal as mijn.rvo.nl: while the WBSO application, the S&O declaration and the realisation report run through mijn.rvo.nl, RVO uses a separate digital desk for part of its other subsidies and schemes. Which desk you need depends on the scheme you are applying for; RVO indicates this per scheme on the relevant information page. Make sure your authorisations are in order before you apply: if an adviser or accountant applies on behalf of your company, arrange this via an eHerkenning authorisation or a chain authorisation, so that person gets access to the right desk without you having to share your own login credentials. As with mijn.rvo.nl, start arranging your login means in good time, since requesting eHerkenning from an accredited provider takes some lead time. Make sure your access to the right RVO desk is arranged before an application period or opening begins.
Frequently asked questions
- What's the difference between the eLoket and mijn.rvo.nl?
- Mijn.rvo.nl is the portal you use specifically to apply for the WBSO and submit your realisation report, while the eLoket is the digital desk RVO uses for part of its other subsidies and schemes.
- How do I log in to RVO's eLoket?
- You log in to the eLoket with eHerkenning if you're a company or other legal entity, or with DigiD if you're a sole trader — the same login means also used for mijn.rvo.nl.
- Can my adviser log in to the eLoket on my behalf?
- Yes, you arrange that via an eHerkenning authorisation or chain authorisation, so an adviser or accountant gets access to the right RVO desk without you sharing your own login credentials.
